Target/Goal before ORD


Save money up to at least 4k after all the utilities and expenses.
Lose weight up to 65-70kg.

September Weight: 96 Kg
End of September Weight: 93.8 kg

October Weight: 93.8 kg
Current Weight: 92.6kg  as of 18/10/2015


Lose Weight Method:
Ask for 1-2 moutful of rice, with veggie, meaet and etc, dont take Ice-cream
Monday 3km Battalion Run, Wednesday 5km Battalion Run 
When GYM, Lose 150C with the "hiking-machine"

Things to take note for myslef:
Don't be too siao on, lose little by little. Average lose 2-3 kg per month.
 

My younger sister bought this for me to help me maximize the efffect of losing weight.
